Course visibility
Listed courses appear in the catalogue. Unlisted courses are hidden from the catalogue and search engines but still open by direct link. Changes apply within seconds, no redeploy.
| Course | Official site | Demo site | Direct links |

"Default" means no admin override yet; the value comes from the course data file. A withdrawn course has no page on either site, so it has nothing to switch.
Readiness
Progress is a count of what exists. Integrity is a band read from the worst open finding, never an average, and a phase nothing has checked reads Not run rather than zero. A waiver softens a band by exactly one step and never reaches Clear, so a course shipped with a known defect is never described as clean.
Users
Every account acts for one creator, and sees that creator's courses only, or for one organization, and sees that organization only. The owner sees everything and is the only one who manages accounts.
Temporary password
Shown once. Share it privately; they must choose their own password at first sign-in.

Learners
Everyone with a learner account. Export gives a learner the copy of their data they can ask for. Delete removes the account, its enrollments and its progress for good; a backup taken earlier still holds them.

Learning
How many people join, start and finish. Accounts and sign-ins count everyone. Enrollments, progress and completions count only learners who agreed to be counted, so they understate the real figures. A course with fewer than 5 learners shows its totals but not its breakdown.

Organizations
Clients with their own courses and their own people. An organization decides who may take its courses and sees its members' progress in them. A member's learning elsewhere on Overtly reaches it only as totals of five or more, unless the member shares it.

Activity
Every sign-in, visibility change and account change, newest first.
Creator interest
People who asked about Creator Studio from the public page. Open requests first, then the ones already handled.
Backup
Everything durable: admin accounts, learners, enrollments, course visibility, the activity log and creator interest. Rate limit counters and password reset tokens are left out on purpose.
The file holds password hashes and learner email addresses. Keep it somewhere you would keep a password manager export, and do not email it.
